- Theme bugs: broken layout, horizontal scrolling, animation glitches, rendering problems on supported browsers
- Documentation gaps — tell us which paragraph is unclear and we will fix the docs
- Pre-launch basics (phone-width rendering, swapping images, menu setup)
Not covered
- Custom development (new features, design changes, code work) — available separately
- Third-party app configuration and failures; Shopify account or payment issues
- Product copywriting, photography, design or SEO content
- Problems caused by edits to the theme code (revert the file first)

Email [email protected] — the subject is prefilled with the theme name. Chinese or English both fine.
Response time: usually within 1–2 business days (UTC+8; weekends and holidays shift it).
Please include:
- Theme version (v1.0.0, or the version in the package file name)
- Your store URL, or the theme preview link (plus the password if the storefront is protected)
- A screenshot or screen recording — it usually saves half the back and forth
- Steps to reproduce: what you clicked, what you expected, what happened
- Browser and device (e.g. iPhone 15 Safari, Chrome 152 on desktop)
Before you write in
- Check the documentation first — install, logo sizing and every setting location is covered there, and it answers most questions.
- Nine out of ten install problems mean the package was not uploaded through Add theme → Upload zip file, or the zip was unzipped and re-zipped.
- For rendering oddities, rule out a browser cache: open the page in a browser you have not used before, or in a private window.
